Wicked Apple beef jerky has been around for a long time, but it’s time to say good-bye.  The recipe is a mix of our top selling Wicked Awesome and our Applewood beef jerky flavors.  We have so many options, that this one just seems to have lost its prominence in our line up.  We know that by discontinuing a flavor, we are most likely to have some customers who will be disappointed.  We are always trying new mixes (often with input from our loyal client base) so be prepared when we ask for your input in the future!

Are there any other flavors that are favorites or that could be refined?  Smoking Gun Jerky of Nebraska has lots of top sellers.  Have you tried our Maple & Brown Sugar jerky?  (Always a kid favorite and is definitely NOT on the chopping block).  Our Black Pepper & Garlic, Wicked Awesome, Brazilian Steakhouse and Sweet & Hot beef jerky will also be around, too, as those flavors have a steady top-seller following.

If you're missing a flavor - maybe a blast from the past, please let us know and we could always bring it back “for a limited time” featured jerky.   The other option is that you can buy our famous Smoking Gun jerky marinade and make your own!  We have recipes on the website that we have shared for you to use, along with a video to show you how we do it!

The 4th of July holiday is just around the corner!  We salute all who have served in the US Armed Forces and who have preserved our independence.  Celebrate with some jerky as you watch those amazing fireworks light up the sky.
